I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hsinchu City. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience very pleasant. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and great views over the city. Despite the cold weather, the room temperature was always comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the steak house on the 9th floor was truly excellent, although a bit pricey. The concierge staff on the ground floor were also very efficient in arranging taxis, which was especially helpful during the cold days in this city.

This hotel's location was perfect being near the city center, close to the train station, and just a short distance to the factory. the room was spacious and very comfortable including a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. the service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was included and has a great variety of Asian and Western dishes. facilities like the sauna and steam room were well-maintained, and there was a nice hotel bar that was a great place to relax.

The dinner options inside the hotel were quite expensive, so it may be better to eat elsewhere.
